Preparing the big sLow down for SuperBowl at Phog.

Tim is prepping the genoa salami for the mac and cheese side dish at tonight’s rib dinner at Phog. If you’re hungry and have $15, you get a half rack of smoked Memphis style ribs and three sides! And we’re gonna do our damnedest to have the SuperBowl on.
