Phog Phest 3 Music Schedule

We arrive at Phog at 7am to get the ball rolling.

The bar opens outdoors (you can order a drink and consume it in the parking lot while things come together around you) at 12-NOON.

The vendors will be present and the food will be ready to consume at noon also.

The music schedule is as follows… (subject to minor changes)

4 – 4:30 ASK

4:50 – 5:30 The Swillingtones

5:50 – 6:30 Fiftywatthead

6:50 – 7:30 Explode When They Bloom

7:50 – 8:40 The High Strung

9:00 – 9:30 What Seas, What Shores

9:50 – 10:30 Grand Analog

10:50 – 12 Elliott Brood

You are able to consume alcohol outside until 1am (at which point we will prompty confiscate anything unfinished). You are only able to buy drink tickets until 12:30am.

If you are keen, or able, to make it into the 60-capacity Phog Lounge building after 1am, there will be an intimate DJ set by Jamie Greer until the end of the evening.

If you are concerned about heat, sunburn, or sore legs…bring hats, sunscreen, or a lawn chair. We will be providing about 60 seats outdoors, under the tents, but if you bring a chair you’ll be able to put it in reserved areas for sitting.

All bags will be subject to search on arrival. Do yourself a favour, and leave the backpacks at home (I’m talking to you kids under 19).

Bring your ID. Just bring your ID.

Giveaways will take place between sets. Those of you that have purchased a physical ticket (in lieu of paying at the door) will be eligible to win the awesome giveaways.

If you or any friends need a reason to be convinced to come aside from all of the previous posts on this blog…consider the AMAZING articles that have been written in support of this event from , The Windsor Star, The University of Windsor Lance, Dave Shumka at CBC Radio 3, Allison Brown at OurWindsor.ca (2 stories!), and Allison Brown again for the CBC Early Shift piece she did with Tony Doucette, Theresa Leslie of 100.7 The Rock (95.1FM),  The Windsor Zene, Windsorite.ca, and local bloggers!

Many thanks to all of the media outlets for doing an outstanding job in getting the word out about this year’s Phest on the radio and TV including the Dale Molnar piece for CBC News at Six with Susan Pedler, CBC Radio’s The Bridge with Bob Steele, and the MANY CJAM shows that reported it!
